Water Billing Survey Results

Receiving some inquiries about changing our water billing schedule, the Birch Run Township Water Department recently sent a survey along with water bills asking water customers to cast their vote on whether water billings should remain quarterly or switch to monthly.  Survey results are as follows:

56% of water customers responded! - Thank You!

          88% of customers wish to stay quarterly

          9% of customers wish to switch to monthly

          3% of customers had no preference
